I have now lived at Whispering Hills for one year, and I have no major complaints. They came and fix the problems with my apartment the same day I called them. They keep the pool and fitness center really clean. They are the best place in town to get a lot of square footage for not so much money! This is a quiet community and have had no problems with noisy neighbors or anything! They have upgraded the apartment homes and keep the landscaping beautiful! The only think I think they should upgrade is the windows and the doors in the hallways to the apartments. The staff is so awesome and very organized! These apartments are amazing to me. I had new carpet, appliances, light fixture, window treatments, paint, and hardware for the cabinets. My apartment definitely did not smell like cat piss. There was a lot of dog crap around, you are right. But that is the owner of the dogs responsibility to pick up. The windows do seem old, I said that in my review, but with all the upgrades of everything else in my apartment, I can live with the windows. These are really a good price for the square footage and area of town. I hope you can try to find something better somewhere else.

Is it amazing that the bathtubs don't drain? The paint is peeling all over? God forbid you bring kids into these apts. I hope for their sake you are able to move before that happens. They have a good chance of being run over in the parking lot by some 18 year old going 50 mph blasting their radio. Honestly, from your responses on here, it looks to me like you A. either work for Whispering Hills and need your bonus $ or B. are friends with the three lazy fat a$$es working in the office and want to help them out with the poor ratings on here. Good luck with that! Enjoy your feces infested, trash smelling complex!
