Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I've lived there for about 2 years and 4 months and I have not had any problems. When I moved in for the first time, they had replaced the carpet which was really nice. It is very spacious for the price. The neigbors are really nice and keep to themselves. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place.
