I HAVE LIVED AT WHITNEY YOUNG MANOR FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. WHEN WE FIRST MOVED THERE EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND NEVER REALLY HAD ANY PROBLEMS BUT OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THEY LET ANY THUG OR CRIMINAL LIVE THERE. THE MAINTENANCE HAS ALSO GONE DOWN USED TO BE WHEN YOU WOULD CALL THEY WOULD COME RIGHT OVER AND FIX THE PROBLEM NOW IT TAKES DAYS IF THEY EVEN RESPOND AT ALL.ALSO THEY USED TO HAVE SECURITY GAURDS BUT NOW THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING FOR SAFETY.
