I have put a review on here before and I was happy with the way things were being run.. Now with the new owners the mgt doesn t care what goes on now because they are not even guaranteed their job in a year when the HUD contract is up. I am now going on my second year living here am ready to get the hell out of here. They are unprofessional about their work in the office they have their favorites and either like you or don t, and if they don t then you will be written up for every little thing to as far as the neighbors cig butts in your front yard. The parking sucks, they need to set up something where everyone s visitors have a special parking area because I am tired of parking clear across the other side of the lot to go home. Other people have expressed this annoyance to me as well so it is not just me. The so called security guards to watch for crime. They are always in the laundry room when I come home at night. They have the laundry room closed because of break in s (ever think it could be the security guards'). So we tenants have to suffer and go during business hours to wash clothes or go somewhere else. They think this is a solution to the problem. Why don t they put a camera in the laundry room then' They would make more money that way. There are damage to cars in my lot and there is nothing done to prevent this. Mgt doesn t worry about the problems in the complex, and as I read from someone else, the maintenance smoking pot with tenants I believe, the grounds keeper Andre is always talking to one of the biggest drug sellers in the complex. I wouldn t doubt if the whole office are full of drug attics.
