it's a nice place for people who want to get away from the city. the area is beautiful, there's a lake across the street, a city park 50 feet away with a path directly from the complex with nothing crossing it like streets or train tracks or buildings, the mountains are within view. it is also in the middle of a migratory path for endangerd birds for all you nature lovers. the parking lot and mail boxes are moniterd 24/7 by video cameras. theres a workout room for all tenants over 18, a room with big screen tv w/cable and a kitchen that you can rent for partys. it is also close to schools and shopping. it is a pretty good place to live and raise kids.
