I have lived in quite a few apartments over the years, but these are the WORST. These apartments are quite old, cheapily made, shabby and overpriced. Expect your water to be turned off once in a while for the entire day. 10 washers and dryers for the entire complex. They are so cheap they will only change the air filters every 6 months. The manufacturer of the filter specifies at the most 2. One TINY TINY bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Most of the tenants-no comment. Management-DUMB and snotty, inefficient. There used to be good managers but they got smart and left. People come to look at these apartments all the time and never stay. You never see anyone moving in only moving out. The apartments around us have been vacant for over 6 months. Oh, and they won't tell you this, but when you give your 30 days notice, if it is not on the 1st, they will charge you the following months rent. You don't just lose your security deposit, but have to pay an extra months rent also. The playground- for a year, the slide has been broken, and the playground is filthy disgusting always. Never cleaned.I cannot stress, THE WORST apartments I've ever lived in.
