It's great. It's set away from the city. Right next to the park. I would like to know the real story of these people who wrote some of the other reviews. I'm of the opinion that complainers are always more likely to right a review. They want someone to listen to them. I'm happy here, and for an apartment complex there are a surprising number of residents who have lived here for many years. That speaks for itself. People are friendly and you have neighbors not just fellow residents.

Yes, as a resident myself and speaking to many of my "neighbors" the people that have lived her for a long time are usually those on housing. Its amazing what you will put up with when you only have to pay $25.00 a month for rent and Section 8 pays for the rest. And for the usual "chats" in the laundry room and filled with nothing but complaints from these long time residents about how awful the place is and how rude and abusive management is. Makes you think huh?

"Write" a review. I guess if you don't expect much, you don't get much. I agree with the section 8 comment from above. If I could have paid $25 for rent I would have put up witht the psycho management for much longer.
