Lived in this complex from DEC 1997 until MAR 2000. Overall it was a good living experience with only a few minor flaws. The biggest problem I encountered was during the winters. In order to gain acces into the complex you must drive up a short but very steep hill which is not maintained by the city nor the apartment complex. After a good snow, the bottom of the hill by the intersection looks like a used car lot as only very few people are able to traverse the incline.
Work orders do take a fair amount of time to complete, a 2 to 3 week average. And finally these apartments are fairly old. Late '60s to 1970s construction and some of their safety equipment shows that. We had a small electrical fire in our kitchen, in which the somke detector did not sound. This was because the detector was slaved into the electrical outlet that caught fire. Not too smart. What if nobody had been home'
The staff is curtious, friendly and very understanding.
