Decent place to live From: skimaine Date posted: 8/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have been here for almost 6months It is decent so far. The hottub is broken a lot and it dosn't have a year-round pool. My deck could have better boards but I hear they are comming around apt to apt to fix that. On the positive side I have a 740sqft Vaulted Ceilings, and a fireplace. Very good size deck for an apt. Close to downtown is a plus. takes about 5or so min. But almost anything you need is in the shopping center next door. The clubhouse is great too good size great gym pool table couch big screen tv. Im not going to say its the best in town but hey lets face it its clean and generally good people here. I have an AUDI and I dont have any concern of parking it in the complex. A few minor things but I was spending an extra 300 at another place for 300 saved a month I'll put up with the little things.
