Resident of 2 years From: berbs95 Date posted: 7/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This is the best apartment complex for the money in SW Colorado Springs. I have lived here for two years and have had a generally good experience. The one bedroom loft was the first unit I lived in which is AWESOME. I really miss that apartment but it didn't work for me when my kids moved here. The grounds are always very clean and the staff are always helpful. My one negative was that there are no washers or dryers in the units and I have had problems with the washers and dryers in the laudry rooms. Overall I have had a pleasent experience as a tenent.
