Great value From: sweetie_ow Date posted: 5/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This apt is the best value for the area. I never had any problems living here. Office & maintenance staff are friendly & helpful. Great fitness center. The only downside are the laundry facilities. They used to be 24 hours, but due to vandalism, they are now only open 8-10. Parking isn't great, but they are supposed to be working on assigned parking now. Quiet area. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Utility bill for a 2 bed 1 bath was around $30. No hidden expenses.
