Nice place with sucky management!

Since we have lived here (Going on 3 years) we had a change of management atleast three times. We had no problems the first 2 years, we had management that sent cute little flyer goodies on the front door, that included crossword puzzles, and gave us info on upcoming events for the apartments and gatherings. The past year we have had problems with the next door neighbor, and management did nothing. The manager was totally on the nieghbors side. (Eventhough our neighbor spit at my husbands car, and called him profound names!!) The maintence people have gotten alot better. When you submit anything to be done like maintenence, or other problems, the staff 95% of the time will forget to write it down and it doesnt get done. Weeks will go by and you would ask them about it, then they are like "Oh yeah'!", or "I dont remember hearing or talking to you about that'" The apartments are still in good shape, and not too old. The kitchen is the size of a hallway, and the bathroom is tiny,thats the only things that sucks with the layout. Recommendable' Yes, as long as you have patience!!!
