Ghettoville From: biolume Date posted: 1/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived at the Windmill Apartments for 6 mos and that was WAY TO LONG. My neighbor was a white trash booze hound who beat up his girlfriend on a nightly basis. Yeah I felt safe because the cops were there every day. Oh and the hostage situation and drive by shooting were a nice touch. I recomend this place if you like living in the barrio.
