Not a very safe place and management is horrible

The complex is not gated so anyone can come into the apartment and do all sorts of things. There have been multiple occassions where cars have been broken into and robbed. You can see from time to time drunken personalities walking around the premises and constant fighting from couples on the other apartments. With all this in mind the managemnt is completely terrible. They are very unhelpful and do not try to help very much in circumstances that are out of your control. To add to al this some of the units DO NOT have A/C or washer/dryer connections and conveniantly they don't usually tell you if the apartment you are interested in has A/C or not. Then when you sign the lease is when you realize that there is no freaking A/C. It's something very easy to pass upon when you look at an apartment because you normally expect then to have A/C. Also the apartments have old appliances that aren't very cooperative and create all sorts of problems. Washing clothes can be a daunting task since there are no washer/dryer connections you have to go to their own washing room which costs .75 cents for a wash and .75 for a dry, which if you have a large family can become quite and expensive ordeal, also they do not have a change machine on the apartment premises so if you need change to do your laundry you have to drive out somewhere to get some change...very annoying!! You would think they would have a change machine in the premises to help the tenants, but of course they don't really care much about them either way.
