I'm not sure what these review writers are referring to, but I have been at Windmill for quite some time, and have found it to be fine. They are clean, cute and really fit my budget. I had experience living at a new property called Champions at Norwood, and I have had a better living experience here at Windmill. I fully intend on writing a review for Champions at Norwood! If people want new, and pay extreme prices for an apartment, feel free, but don't plan on car break-ins not happening! They still do, and my new car stereo and about $300 worth of CD's were stolen at Champions at Norwood! I'd rather save money on rent if things like that are going to happen no matter where you live. At least with the money I save every month, I can replace stuff if it gets stolen, which has not happend to me at Windmill. I have found that if I pay my rent on time, and follow the reasonable policies of anywhere that I live, there is really no reason to complain. The Windmill staff is pleasant, and the maintenance issues are few. The buildings are old, but they make up for that by keeping nice grounds, and making the apartments nice on the inside.
