Good enough for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've lived here two years now and have found generally it's a pretty decent place for the price paid. Our apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom and bath with not the most modern of things but tolerable for a first apartment. The design for the AC is the only complaint of note as it only provides AC for one room of the aparment. Fans are a must. Complaints mainly have to do with the aging of the place and the lack of updates. Fridges, ranges, AC,and fixtures are old and the roof and decking badly needs to be replaced. Really the whole place needs an overhaul to fix the issues it has. past that it could be a very high scale apartment.
