no kids - windmill will work for you

We only have one bad review of Windmill and that is the fact that there was a shooting in the parking lot.
But, to redeem themselves, managment did put up the security fence shortly thereafter.
Other than that, Windmill provided clean apartments for low prices. The staff was always helpful and curtious, the maintenance team always acted in a timely and efficient manner, the grounds were always kept nicely and hey - we had free cable!
The surrounding neighborhood isnt the best, but one cannot be picky when living in the city while on a budget.
We also lived at Falcon Pointe apartments and if you are considering them, I suggest you check out their reviews! We wanted to move back to Windmill so bad, once we were living in Falcon Pointe! And, just to clear things up, we moved out of Windmill due to military deployment reasons, not due to the complex!
If you don't have kids then Windmill will suit you fine, however, I would fine a better neighborhood if you have kids!
