Needs more attention...

When I first moved into the apartments (two bedroom, two bathroom, $745) they were not bad, we actually "used to" have gates and that was the big reason we moved in. And the staff WAS great. We had good neighbors that we talked to and we kept an eye out for each other.
Unfortunately we had to downgrade (one bedroom, one bathroom), meaning that we had to move to another location of the apartment complex. These apartments are not located in a nice area. We had our car broken into three times, after reporting it with the office to let them know to make the other apartments aware they said more people had to report it. Even after hearing it from there own maintenance people of several individuals having there car broken into. This is also when parking became inconvenient because we wanted our car where we could see it after it was broken into so many times. You start feeling unsafe when this happens to you more than once.
The staff is NEVER the same. So if you talked to one person about a problem and they quit/got fired the next week, then sorry on you. They'll say they didn't know about it. I do have to say that the maintenance guys are very helpful and work with you however they can.
Also this apartment is somewhat military friendly. And this means when you are PCSing you better tell them way before hand because they tend to forget or the staff personnel may change again. So the original person you told may no longer work there.
Overall I do not rate this a yes apartment, especially if you have children.
