First look at the apartments and they were not to bad. Shortly after move-in, my neighbors got very loud. I complained to mgmt and was told I would have to approach the neighbors myself and "deal with it." I am a single 25 year old female so this was not an option for me. I then purchased a new car, and one week later the window was smashed and the door broken. Total damage was 1800 dollars. I let the mgmt know and their only response was "We saw your car." Wow! How nice of them. I then got new neighbors who had two small children. I lived in the second floor and the children would bang on my window, color on my porch, hammer nails into my porch, knock on my door then run, etc... I complained to mgmt, but the problem never went away. At this time I was caring for a newborn baby. Then the worst. My apartment became infested with roaches. Most likely from the new neighbors that had just moved in. I could not live in my home with a newborn for almost a week. While changing the baby's diaper, I found a roach inside it! I told mgmt and it took them three days to even spray the apartment, and instead of doing the whole apartment building, they only did three tenents. Roaches move through walls. The whole building should have been sprayed. When I tried to get out of my lease, I was told it would cost me 1200 dollars. Wow! What a great place to live!
