In the time I lived here I witnessed two drive by shooting, and 8 motorcycles and cars stolen. Windmill apartments is a great place if you want your motorcycle and other possessions stolen. The Sand Creek Police are of little use, and the thieves know it. Yes, it is cheap, but factor in a stolen motorcycle, drive by shootings, and incompetent police and you might want to look elsewhere. That is why I moved.
