When we first moved into the place in 02 we thought it was a great place. The staff was friendly and the apartment was great. However, over the years once the staff started changing things just went down hill. First our burner kept going out and even after we told the guy that we have to keep pushing it in just to get it to work, they just stated it wasn't in all the way. "Duh!" we just told you that but if it won't stay we have a problem. Then our furnance went out, and after trying to contact the emergency maintaince and not getting a call back we had to figure it for ourselves. Then the last year we were there in 06 our car was broken into along with several other cars and a tenant was beat up in the parking lot. When they brought this to the staff's attention they stated they couldn't do anything about it. We told them that we at thought they should at least post up bullentins about what was happening so that other tenants could be aware of it and were told it wasn't their responsiblity. We also had to call the cops on several differnt neighbors who lived below us for noise from wild parties to domestic abuse. We are so glad we were able to move out of that hell hole when we did. Oh and all the post about horrible parking is correct, you could never find a space and then people would just park anywhere to get close to their complex and block you in. I had to call a tow service several times so that I could just go to work.
