I have lived here for only a short while and have heard many things about this complex. My overall impression is that it has gone down hill over the past 2 years BUT it is still a great complex. The Maintenance crew and leasing agents have been friendly. I have encountered minor inconveniences living here (laundry room requires a rechargable card instead of quarters, satellite positioning is complicated), but there are several amenities as well (dishwasher, free internet at the leasing office, garbage disposal). what makes this place great to me is the lay out, the amount of natural light I get in my unit, and the spacious, private balcony. it is a quiet place both at night and durring the day. the parking lots are well illuminated and couches and matresses don't just get left by the dumpsters for weeks at a time like i've seen at other complexes. I recomend this place to anyone looking to live in this end of town or within a 4 mile radius. (by the citadel mall)
