I lived at Winfield for 15 months. During that time my apartment and auto were broken into. Anything I left on our patio including toddler toys was gone within 24 hours. There was a prostitution and drug ring being run across the hall. The K-9 unit came as well as calls for service on a "DAILY" basis. There were gang bangers and open drug deals on the playground all hours of the night. Office rolled over complaints with, "it's not so bad" attitude. HORRIBLE place to live unless you are..."HAZMAT" or "VNI"
UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS environment for children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I wouldn't live there again for free!!!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
