I have lived in this complex for three years. The first two years I lived here the community was pretty decent to live in. When the new management came in everything went down hill quickly. They are some of the rucest people I have ever delt with. Do not let them tell you that it is safe to live here because I have had my vehicle broken into, front door and window egged and have witnessed a few hit and runs in the parking lot. There have also been numerous vehicles with their windows broken out and things stolen out of them. The police make several visits out here for stolen bikes and drug dealers, domestic violence and numerous other crimes. The management is happy as long as there is some sort of termoil going on at all times. They change rules and policies whenever they feel like it and incur fees for things like having maintanance come in and fix something. Do not let them fool you they are not very pet friendly either. If they know you have a pet they will find every reason to make you get rid of it. I am counting down the days to when I leave here. When you see these places just keep driving. Do not even bother to stop!
