i found the winfield apartmnents very helpful in regards to availablity. the front office was very helpful in issues that were needed to be met as well as maintance was extremly helpful in problems on the outside.
there is nothing there but drug deals section 8 people and its a dump on the out side plus there is so many cops around you never know what to do and you can hear your niehbors all the time.
