They have like four parking spaces for however many people's visitors and, God forbid your visitors ever park even 1 space beyond the sign (even if the resident lot is empty) because they WILL get towed away. The apartments are decent size and they are cheap in rent but I hope you don't mind Roaches....everywhere. Dead in your fridge, crawling across your tv during your favorite show....disgusting. Many tenants discover they have bedbugs as well. They try to exterminate there once a month. I found it a little disturbing when we were allowed back in only to be greeting by roaches-ha! The must be immune. The maintenance is unprofessional. We had a leak in our apt and a guy came in, looked at it real quick and said he'd be right back. TWO days later, three other guys came in and we overheard them talking about how the first guy went to get drunk at the bar instead of fix our pipes...NICE. Neighbors play loud music, people come door to door trying to sell you stuff...Just say no!

i use to live there the maint man was terrible he would get drunk would not fix anything he had a dog that he was hiding so he would not have to pay a deposit the floor got hot and the pipes would break every weekend and they had to dig up the floor in the kitchen and made a mess every where i have pictures to prove it and the when i moved they said i damaged the apt which was a lie that place sucks alot of roaches alot of gang activity alot of people living there for free do not go there
