The managers run the apartment complex like a police state. The maintenance people are drug users and convicted felons who have keys to all apts. Parking in your assigned spot is a nightmare and leads to confrontations. The maintenance people spread rumors when you dis-approve of their shoddy work. Then the managers confront and accuse you of the rumors as though they are judge and jury. So its a last resort for many. And they move as soon as they can get out. Best advice is "don't move here"!
