We have a courtesy patrol who visits the community nightly and have not received similar complaints. If you continue to have concerns during office hours, please do not hesitate to call us. We also invite you to reach out to our courtesy patrol for after hours concerns at 303.429.5061, or the police if you feel you are being harassed. The community areas are shared with two neighboring communities that are close by, and those residents do pass a strict background check, but the behaviors your are describing are never okay. We are frustrated about the elevator as well, as we know this is not ideal, and our construction team is working diligently with our elevator company to get it up and running as soon as we can. Once we have any updates, we will notify all of our resident via email. We have reopened our gym at limited access during office hours to be able to properly sanitize after each resident's use. This is for the health and safety of all of our residents and staff. As soon as we have more guidance on when to reopen at full capacity safely, we will happily do so.                                 We're sorry the experience you have had with your neighbors during the Covid 19 crisis has been upsetting, and agree nobody should be smoking, screaming and yelling all night. We have sent a general reminder to all residents to call Front Range patrol after hours if they are having issues, and have spoken with the residents directly below your apartment, but have no record of an incident report or follow up from our patrol company regarding the upsetting behavior in that part of the building, so based on no complaints before your review from anyone, we wouldn't, as you can understand, deliver a lease violation. We encourage residents to call our after-hours patrol when incidents occur since any action that will be taken needs proof of the incident. Contacting them then creates the data we need to deliver a lease violation, and potentially, non-renewal, and have sent a reminder to residents with the after-hours contact information. The building is non-smoking, and when we discover a resident smoking anything, we request they stop. As you can imagine, this is also a bit hard to patrol, but we do our best. People come in many varieties, and the challenge of living in a community is that everyone has different expectations for experience. This does not justify bad behavior, it simply dictates we have numerous complaints before we provide a resident a non-renewal, and want to be sure both sides of the story are heard and understood. Again, we are sorry your experience was upsetting, and will use your experience as a reminder in on-going training. Please reach out to us if you need anything else.                                       So far, the residents have been friendly, the staff is quite personable, and the cleanliness of the building is outstanding. Maintenance is extremely communicative, however I suspect they are occasionally overwhelmed as some items have have been forgotten in the shuffle.

                                              Management is lacking and ineffective. They need to communicate with tenants about building problems. Homeless people get into the building too often, and security is lacking. Additionally, management doesn't do a good job holding tenants accountable when tenants make messes.

                                                  Poor is the short way to say it. Overpriced, always smells like week, elevators never work, power goes out when wind blows over 5 miles an hour. It's a shame because i have an amazing view but that's about all it has going for it.
