This building is great! Everyone that lives here currently is very friendly. The apartments, although historic, are nicely remodeled and everything functions well. The place has tons of character! Everything is convenient including laundry, parking, grocery stores, and just a short walk to downtown. The building is also quiet which is always a plus. There are garden plots in the back.
