Good square footage for a studio, not bad for a 1 bdr. Plain carpet, plain walls repainted a hundred times. I was lucky and got newer appliances, but there's some old ones in other apartments.

There's a fair amount of noise from Downing Street traffic, but you get used to it. Can usually hear the people walking and running water in apts above and around you. If you live by the stair wells be prepared to hear stomping all hours of the day and night.

No balconies, no gym or storage, not even one blade of grass to step on. But close to grocery store and bus stop.

OK place to live if you can't find anything else, but there's just not much to this complex. Find someplace else if you can. Rent used to be fairly reasonable and worth not having any amenities, but now it's gotten rather expensive.

I have lived in the building for six months, during that time I have had several encounters with bed bug infestations. It's the reason I moved out! The whole building is alive with them - Beware!!!!!! Thin walls you can hear people talking - Management very slow to get back with you.......
