This building is secure, with covered parking for very little money. Management is good and the units are quite large. It's within walking distance to a lot of stuff (groceries, coffee, restaurants) and the neighborhood is great. It's much, much better than being in a new development - especially in Aurora or South Denver. For fun city living with a neighborhood feel, Capitol Hill is the place to be - and this building is a good choice.
