Capitol Hill is a rip-off, its hicksville masquerading as a cultured area

In Denver, avoid Capitol Hill or the area central area, its a total ripoff. It doesnt suprise me that people who lived in this neighborhood would be complaining about land lords and very high rents. Despite all the rhetoric that this neighborhood is the most diverse in the state, its 85% white HICKSVILLE!!! People moving to (Oklahoma City in the Rockies)A.K.A Denver for employment purposes should consider Aurora or Englewood these are bargains in the rental department. Denver also is very, very weak on tenant rights which compliments well in the most homogenous cultureless conservative city in the nation. In Denver a studio is 800 dollars a month, but 3 miles east in Aurora you can rent a reasonable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house for 775 dollars a month
