The management has changed in the past year and the building is very well run. The apartments are very large for the money. There are not amenities like workout rooms or pool but you are not paying for these. The studios are larger than most 1 bdrms in most buildings and the price is very reasonable. The apartment and building are very clean and a good value. Great parking and location.
