| 05/12/2011 | I've been living at this apartment for about 9 months now and it's one of the best management companies I've had. They have been extremely proactive about maintenance (they brought in the ONLY dog in Colorado trained to detect bed bugs just to make sure there wasn't an infestation, they came in to check smoke and CO2 detectors without being asked, and they are changing the carpet and repainting the common areas).
