I really enjoyed my first floor apartment! All hardwood flooring and tile in the bathroom, the paint on the walls enhances the apartment space(meaning they actually use colors and not that blah eggshell every landlord uses). Very close to 3 different grocerys, the Gypsy House, the Irish Snug, Nicolos Pizza, Gabors, Cheesman park and lots more. All that and it is fairly quiet corner of the street! Mark and Becky keep the place clean and keep everything in working order, imagine, a landlord who believes that keeping everything fixed is the way to go!! I recommend this apartment highly!
