| 04/21/2013 | I lived in 1220 Marion for about 2.5 years and had a great experience. Mark is a very responsive landlord who takes care of the building and is quick to respond to issues. My unit had lots of charm with a built in vanity, built in bookshelves, and a cute kitchen. The laundry room is in the basement and, in addition to the washers and dryers, has clotheslines that come in handy for line drying clothes.
