Village at Loretto Heights Apartments

3400 South Lowell Boulevard, Denver, CO 80236

08/29/14 by Denverluvsme1108: The entry from 01/22/14 HIT IT RIGHT ON THE HEAD!!! Ever since AMC has taken over from Carmel it has been horrible. They used to have awesome maintence, decent people in the office, and a night patrol. I lived there for 5 1/2 years, and just recently moved out a few months ago. I renewed my lease right after AMC took over and regretted it for the entire year. Not being able to drop your rent off more

The Rise and Edge Apartments

878 S. Dexter Street, Denver, CO 80246

08/06/14 by wcp0984: Very rarely do I take the time to write a review, but I feel compelled after my recent experiences with The Rise and Edge Apartments. The staff, from top to bottom have been nothing but incredible towards myself and my roommate. From the day that I inquired on the web about a 2 bedroom apartment to the day I signed the lease the staff worked with me step by step to make sure I was getting more

Ballpark Lofts

1451 24th Street, Denver, CO 80205

08/29/14 by rwoodman: I would not recommend Ballpark Lofts. I was not refunded our security deposit due to "damages accrued" during our occupancy. The manager was unwilling to compare my photo/video footage of our move-out to theirs for consideration simply because mine was not time stamped; ironically their photos were also not time stamped. I'm a reasonable person, if you break it you pay for it, more

High Tower Apartments

1390 High St, Denver, CO 80218

03/04/14 by anonymous: I moved as soon as my lease was up. This was a great apartment for the money. However, the owners of the building, do as little as possible to keep up with the maintenance of the building. The windows and sliding doors are horrible and need to be replaced. Thank goodness they pay for the heat and have a swamp cooler to "help" cool things in the summer since the apartments are more

Botanica on the Green

7592 E. 29th Avenue, Denver, CO 80238

06/23/14 by anonymous: By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in! I am counting down the days until I can move out (refuse to give them any more money by breaking my lease). The management staff is snotty, disrespectful, and uncaring. The amount of noise from neighbors, doors slamming, and outside traffic is so bad I am embarrassed to have friends or family over. After having a work order in the system for 10 more

Lodge At Aspen Grove

4695 E Louisiana Ave, Denver, CO 80246

08/26/14 by anonymous: The company is in the middle of a sell, so the staff are hardly trying to save their jobs. They never answer the phones, they are unhelpful and often rude when you come in to the office, and they honestly don't care what the grounds look like. I pay pet rent and was told that goes towards keeping the grounds clean and bags stocked. Neither of these things have occurred the past two weeks more

The Villages At Gateway

12175 Albrook Drive, Denver, CO 80239

08/07/14 by JamesTylor: Horrible. We definitely rushed into moving here and unfortunately didn't look up reviews first! There's children everywhere, especially during summer, playing and yelling and screaming. Our AC is inconsistent and they've already come to fix it once. It also leaks heavily onto the floor. Our stove is on the fritz and randomly sparks...pretty sure that's a fire hazard. My car was more

Logan Manor Apartments

935 Logan St, Denver, CO 80203

10/15/13 by anonymous: I've lived in Logan Manor for about 3 months and when I stumbled upon these reviews I was a little surprised. So here's my experience so far: Pros: I've only seen 1 spider and 1 moth in my room (no bed bugs and no building bug spraying events). The utilities fee is a fixed rate. They allow pets. There is a back alley that you can use for loading/unloading. Usually great neighbors more

Stone Creek Village

9825 East Girard Avenue, Denver, CO 80231

10/22/13 by I have also lived in these townhomes.....we had bed bugs & cockroaches no hot water for 2 months!!! And without heat I have a 9month old infant! This is hell satans layer! A 200 yard walk to my car and covered parking is a joke someones appartment caved in on the cars once! more

195 Jackson Apartments

195 Jackson Street, Denver, CO 80206

06/12/14 by Verified Resident: I'm very satisfied. I chose it because it's walking distance to work and I enjoy being car-free. The apartment is cute and has lots of light. The appliances are high quality. It's quiet and the building is attractive. I've gotten quick response for any maintenance issues. I like the free laundry room downstairs. more
