AMAZING!! I have very few complaints about this place. The very best thing about this place is the location and views. Located right near DU, you are far enough away to where students aren't really an issue, but close enough to be able to enjoy the college environment (college bars, pricing, etc). I have lived here in total almost two years. It is located in an excellent area. Love having my own washer/dryer in the unit and I have never had a problem with neighbors. Very safe.
