08/23/14 by anonymous: Great location, friendly residents, and sociable building, but, the quality of life in the building and in the surrounding neighborhood have significantly decreased. And yet we still get significant rent increases. We are repeatedly told this is because of "the market". However, this building is no longer on par with "the market" which cannot be simply based on its location. We more

07/13/12 by anonymous: I moved in here as a Regis University student and did not renew my lease. There are teenagers that wander around the parking lot/outside of the apartments in groups (often times right outside my first-floor apartment window) and once broke part of a tree off near my front door. Kids also wander around unsupervised, which was difficult when I was walking my dog who is not kid-friendly. The more

05/06/13 by anonymous: I have lived here many years. The staff is great and always willing to assist when I need help. Items requiring maintenance are addressed immediately. The grounds and building are well kept. The pool is very well kept in the summer. I would recommend living here to anyone looking. more

08/01/14 by cnietsch: High Country House is an exceptional value we highly recommend to anyone seeking a prime Cherry Creek location. The management change a few months ago has made a significant improvement to our experience as residents. David Torres, the new community manager, immediately made it a priority to address the issues, concerns and needs of the residents. In addition, he has already made substantial more

09/24/13 by anonymous: I moved into this place about 7 months ago and it is the first place I have EVER considered breaking my contract at. I've lived in some pretty poorly managed facilities, but most of the time I can overlook bad management as long as my apartment is quiet, and I feel safe there. Since moving here I have been harassed and threatened by 3 different people looking for former residents of more

09/17/13 by anonymous: Absolutely never live here. While the apartments are nice, the management is terrible and scammed us out of over $300. They verbally told us it was refundable and then said that their contract said it was not, and now refuse to give it back. It's not worth any of the amenities of the apartment to deal with the horrible people at the Boulevard. more

01/07/14 by anonymous: Where do I begin. My Fiance and I have lived her for 7 months now and have come across numerous issues. Below are a few things that have happened in the last 7 months of living here. - After we were told to take our bike off of our patio, about a week later the bike was stolen out of the garage. When we went to look for the bike there were about 10 or so cut and broken bike locks. Mind you more

08/01/13 by anonymous: We just moved out of the Manhattan, since we bought a condo nearby. We lived there for one year, after coming to Denver from out of state. We had a one bedroom den/one bath, on the west side of the building. First, I want to say that we are very, very glad that we chose to rent at The Manhattan. We were in the tower building (which was built in 2004?); the newer building more
