Great place to live - I lived at the LaFonda apartments for one year and loved my time there. The management were helpful with any problems that arose. The left little gifts outside of our rooms on holidays (chocolate bunnies for Easter, ect.). Any time I recieved a package that was too large for the mail closet, the manager would thoughtfully place it inside my apartment for me. The community was ...Full review of La Fonda Apartments

Highly Recommended Place to Live - We lived there for four years and had absolutely not a single complaint. It's clean and comfortable and bright. It has more storage and closet space than anywhere else. It is independently and locally-owned and managed, and the on-site management is helpful and prompt. It's in a quiet neighborhood but not far from anything you need. The residents are a mix of young couples, ...Full review of Canterbury Square Apartment

Its OK... but just that! - This was my very first apartment, and for the price it was awesome. Now that I'm a little bit more mature, I'm in a bigger and nicer place. I was in a one bedroom, one bathroom and it was very small. Parking is great! More than enough parking, and no additional fees for extra cars. Landscaping is decent, grills and benches available, and maintenance did a great job ...Full review of Green Mountain Village Apts

Transition to condos - I just bought a condo in this recently converted complex. Everything is kept clean and manicured outside and the newly renovated units are stocked with stainless appliances, ceiling fans throughout, new windows, sliding glass doors to patios and balconies, new doors, etc... The residents are mostly younger, buying their first homes, and the security seems not to be an ...Full review of Clover Hill Apartments

Love this place! - This place has become easy to call home! It is the perfect size for a single person to live comfortably. I haven't had many problems, other than the heat originally not being adequate enough--but if you cover the windows with the shrink-wrap plastic (for lack of a better term), it will stay cozy all winter long. I appreciate the extra storage space in the laundry room, and the ...Full review of The Gaylord

Pros and Cons - The Boutique Apartment Company is AMAZING! I absolutely love how they conduct business, their commitment to their tenants and eco friendly living. The have special events all the time and sometimes serve us coffee and bagels in the morning. They gave us reusable shopping bags for Christmas. I do think the apartments are overprice. I pay 600 for an apartment thats 306 square feet, no ...Full review of Shambhala Boutique Apartments

Could be better, could be worse - Floors squeak very loudly! I can hear ever step in the apartment above me (they wake me up every morning). Can hear people through the walls occassionally. You get to your apartment door through an inside hall which often smells like cigarette smoke because of other tennants smoking in their apartment. Very difficult to move furniture into building. Have to pay a $25 moving in fee, then ...Full review of Dublin Terrace Apartments

Quiet place in the middle of Denver - Really liked this place. Neighbors were so quiet, I could never hear them. Ever. Does get a bit too warm in summer, but winter really makes the free heat worthwhile. If nothing else, it's a cozy spot, the rent is quite affordable, and the staff is wonderful. My broker Jennifer even let me pay my rent almost a month late during my honeymoon! Now those are the type of people ...Full review of 66 Pearl Street Apartments
