Camellia House

1235 Grant St, Denver, CO 80203

01/02/14 by anonymous: I lived at the Camellia House for 3 years (from 2010 until 2013) and really enjoyed my stay there. It is super clean. The management is always very responsive and helps you with anything you might need done like hanging curtains or any problems you might have. Because the manager lives in the building, everything is always in order. Even though it is located in Capitol Hill, there are more

Casa Del Sol Apartments

860 Clermont St, Denver, CO 80220

07/22/13 by anonymous: I will have to agree with who said management can be rude at times and a bit weird, but when you need things to get fixed , the maintenance guys are awesome and will do it. The building is not exactly "trendy" it looks pretty cheesy outside, but the apts inside are actually nice. I have 1 Bed apt and my balcony is awesome to have a BBQ with friends. I have to say I like the more

Hampden Village Apartments

3625 S Verbena St, Denver, CO 80237

11/15/12 by anonymous: Very quiet. I have lived here 2 years and work nights and have not had a problem with noise since there are only 1 bedrooms and studios---no kids running around. Maintenance gets back to you in a day or two. I can usually find a parking space without a problem. Units have had counters and windows upgraded. more

NUVO (formerly Imperial House)

1211 Vine St # 101, Denver, CO 80206

05/25/11 by anonymous: I have been working in the apartment industry for a very long time and even though they got his notice out late, it is still HIS responsibility to know his own lease terms and give the proper notice to vacate, whether it is a 30 day or a 60 day notice to vacate; he signed a binding contract and I always tell people it is their responsibility to know the policies and their contract lease more

Capitol Heights

1350 Grant Street, Denver, CO 80203

08/13/13 by kaistyle11: I moved into The Residences at Capitol Heights directly from Chicago. I loved the location and the overall community was very nice and well kept. Street parking in Cap Hill is virtually impossible so I liked the option of paying monthly rent for a garage. There were always spaces available and I felt it was very safe. Moreover what I most liked were the ladies in the leasing office. I have to more

Governor's Plaza Apartments

600 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203

03/06/11 by snoopymonroe: My experience so far with the manager has been fantastic. Any time I call they pick up the phone and have never missed any appointments we have set. I will be moving in tomorrow and have viewed the property 3 times before the move. The hallways are clean, bright and nice. My unit will be a fantastic place for my dog and myself with Governors Park 1/2 block away, Cherry Creek Pathway just more

Green Leaf Oaks

425 South Galena Way, Denver, CO 80247

08/09/12 by anonymous: Honestly we loved living here. Both Brei and Dave knew us by our first names and actually cared about how our home we kept. The maintenance was great, always prompt and did a good job. Our neighbors were a bit noisy and smoked a ton of weed. But they even got better after a convo with the management and visit from the 'apartment police.' It is a really great location with shopping more

Kensington Apartment

999 Ogden Street, Denver, CO 80218

07/27/12 by anonymous: The Kensington is excellent. Don't let some of these reviews lead you to believe otherwise. Yes it's older and not as nice as what you'd find in Uptown, Ballpark or LoHi, but that's reflected in the price. Most of the apartments are updated in some way, typically with tile (some with bamboo floors), and the apartments themselves are big with huge balconies. more

Grosvenor Arms

333 E 16th Ave, Denver, CO 80203

12/09/13 by anonymous: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Absolutely miserable. Heat NEVER works and management is disrespectful and unresponsive to issues. It is currently mid-40s inside most apartments in the building. Yes, mid-40s. Great location but since you won't be able to stay in your apartment in the winter, it's not worth it! more
