I moved in about 2 months ago and everything about this place is grade "A". All of the facilities I've used (exersize room, computer room, patio) are excellent.
The apartment is quiet, especially considering the terrace is right above a busy city street.
The staff is always courteous and helpful. There's no better location in Denver.
It is expensive, but, you get what you pay for.
