The management is horrible and treats its residents in a condescending and rude manner. I lived there the first 2 years that the building was open and the manager was awful and that is the nicest thing anyone could say about her. I have also witnessed the upper maangement treating the staff in an unfair way...maybe thats why they can get anything done right. My car was damaged and they refused to pay for it because I drove off before the damage was identified. The valet opened my door where the damage was, how was I to know there was a large dent on the other side' They park your car and sometimes do not lock it, and I have had a pair of $400 sunglasses stolen, which they refused to pay for. There are equally as nice apartments around with management that treats residents and staff with human dignity. Save money, and a lot of agravation and go somewhere else!!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

1600 Glenarm management is the most professional and friendly of any rental property I've lived in BY FAR. I do think the valet service is a bit much, but the layout of the underground garage isn't conducive to parking one's own car. Management regularly puts residents on notice to check vehicles as soon as retrieved from the garage. Besides, what proof does this reviewer have for the damage being done by the valet staff and not somewhere else? Why did you leave your precious sunglasses in the car? Sounds like a snob who whined about nonsense, didn't get what he/she wanted, and is retaliating on this board. I'm glad you moved -- likely one less obnoxious jerk in building. By the way, if it was so horrible here, why didn't you move before 2 years?

Management should quit posting fake responses. Just what I would expect from them. There are many others who felt as I do, but most dont take the time to post anything.

Oh, one more thing. The Anonymous post above from Glenarm shows how snobby (without reason) they really are. Maybe his/her sunglasses WERE precious to him. You guys wrecked my Aston Martin when I lived there too. Would you like me to send you THAT bill? Idiots.
