08/23/09 by anonymous: Landlord is very nice. He is around and always willing to help. Apartment is secure with cameras and separate and locked public entrance. BBQ's are great because they are natural gas, so you never need to worry about running out of gas. Roof top patio. Location is great, one street from the Cherry Creek bike path which brings you to Auraria campus or downtown within 15 minutes. more

03/16/12 by anonymous: These are individually owned condo apartment so some may be better than others but my experience has been great. Brooks offers a location second to none, right in the heart of the city, easy access to everywhere since the free mall bus is just 1 block away. The building amenities are nice and the staff is accommodating and very safe. Unbeatable views from the balcony (we faced West), more

11/26/13 by anonymous: From your place in Union Station you can go anywhere, do anything in a lifestyle decidedly Denver. Never before has there been an address so connected. Downtown in your palm, myriad transit options just steps away, and walking access to the city s hippest and most eclectic neighborhoods. more

03/11/10 by Content741: We have lived here for 7 months and LOVE it. Sure, it doesn't have lots of amenities but the staff is great and the price is good. Kent makes sure to let us know when maintenance needs to be at the apartment WELL in advance and the sidewalks and parking lot are always cleaned up RIGHT after a snowstorm. We have thoroughly enjoyed our renting experience! more

07/20/10 by fawbbyn@hotmail.com: I have been so blessed in the Chateau! I have hard wood floors and nice neighbors in all age groups (not just college kids or gumpy oldies). The only complaint is the high rise apartment across the street that tends to be a little full of post-bar drama on the weekends. Also, do NOT park in the DPSchools parking lot after 7:00 am during the week, our you will be towed, but there is more

10/30/10 by krisvenema@gmail.com: I can't say enough about this place. Compared to past places I have lived it is a 50 on a scale of 10, but on a stand-alone review I would give it a flat 11 out of 10. The temperature in my 1st floor unit always seemed to be a perfect 68 degrees, and I fell asleep to the sounds of water fountains from the property next door. The storage space in the unit was perfect, despite the more

06/17/11 by anonymous: I needed a place to stay for 6 months while I worked nearby. I think it has somewhat of a questionable reputation (the hotel more than the apartments) but I was pleasantly surprised by the studio I rented. All of the staff also seem to live there and care deeply for the property and the residents as best I could tell. There is a high-awareness of the staff of who is coming and going (so you more

06/02/14 by anonymous: I have been a resident of Corona Manor for just over a year, and recently resigned my lease for another. The good: location, location, location. If you like Capitol Hill, 10th and Corona is just about smack dab in the middle of everything that is both fun and convenient. Multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and venues are to be found within a very short walk. I don't own a car, so more
