06/06/12 by anonymous: Ac broke never works and they do nothing about it. It's actually broken this exact minute, been broken for days. Its about 92 in here right now and they dont care one bit downstairs in the office. They turn it on when they feel like giving you some relief. Ghetto remodeled section 8 housing. Homeless people always get in so why pay when u can live here free like a lot of people. Parking more

11/03/13 by anonymous: My neighbor below me showed me this site.. lies lies lies. Not a good place at all you can hear EVERYTHING and it is bugs galore. Problems don't get fixed there is no room for storage. Cheap windows. Management lies like crazy. Parking is a mess. People speed in the parking lot. I dont know about the "african" part cause its everyone if they aren't loud its cause they are busy more

08/08/14 by anonymous: This place has really gone down hill since management changed. They are shady and irresponsible. The newer residents have created an unsafe community. Take your family elsewhere. more

02/01/13 by rentfrdenver: My husband and I lived here for two years, and LOVED it. The location is great--two blocks from the capitol, near enough to downtown to walk to movies, yet still residential and thus quiet. The only noise we heard really was from The Church on Saturday nights...because we had a first floor apartment at the front of the building. My friend who lives on the 3rd floor says she never more

06/09/14 by alexgvalvassori: Before I dig in, let me be clear that Katie, the property manager, is extremely kind and friendly. That said, the management above Katie is horrible. Not long after we moved in, water started to leak into our apartment above the door frame to the bedroom. We made Katie aware right away yet it took more than 45 days for the repairs to be made. Every time it rained during that time period, we more

11/25/13 by anonymous: I lived in this building for one year. The apartments themselves are updated and quite nice to look at. I want to STRONGLY caution anyone considering renting here - the building is totally infested with bed bugs. I can't entirely blame the management and given the area that the building is in, bed bugs are a widespread problem. This building however has had a bed bug problem for about 10 more

09/14/12 by anonymous: Nothing good about this place. Yes it's cheap but that's the only plus to green mountain apt. The residents are very unfriendly including this old lady who lived below us before we move any slight noise ( and i mean slight ) she would call the management. In fact on night she call the police for ( stomping no joke that is what the officer told us. Nothing worked correctly, and prior to more

06/23/12 by anonymous: Cornerstone staff in general was very nice and accommodating, however the building manager is awful. He does not return phone calls, is rude to tenants(the ones he doesn't blow coke with), and will not hesitate to be dishonest for self benefit. The building is only secure on the 3rd floor and front of 2nd, windows are easy to open from outside. Living in Capital Hill, more
