Skylark Apartments

1200 Pearl Street, Denver, CO 80203

11/25/13 by anonymous: I lived in this building for one year. The apartments themselves are updated and quite nice to look at. I want to STRONGLY caution anyone considering renting here - the building is totally infested with bed bugs. I can't entirely blame the management and given the area that the building is in, bed bugs are a widespread problem. This building however has had a bed bug problem for about 10 more

Jack Kerouac

1260 Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203

06/23/12 by anonymous: Cornerstone staff in general was very nice and accommodating, however the building manager is awful. He does not return phone calls, is rude to tenants(the ones he doesn't blow coke with), and will not hesitate to be dishonest for self benefit. The building is only secure on the 3rd floor and front of 2nd, windows are easy to open from outside. Living in Capital Hill, more

Sunset Park Apartments

1865 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80202

06/08/10 by anonymous: Sunset Park Apartments used to be a great place to live, however now it is infested with Roaches and Bed bugs. SO many residents here have bedbugs including myself and the building doesn't really do anything to fix the problem. They have a pest control company that doesn't do their job. It's a disappointment because it's a prime location and the owners of the building help a more

Cheesman Park Apartments

1601 East 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80218

08/24/14 by anonymous: Great midcentury modern building but indifferently maintained, which was my reason for leaving for another apartment building--loose, uninsulated windows, an elevator that failed inspection and regularly broken garage doors, presenting a security risk. Also, it has been two months since vacating an impeccably-left unit and still no refund of deposit--"Corporate has it--you haven't more

Ariana Properties

90 Madison St, Denver, CO 80206

01/13/14 by Mobile1234: I love this building. The property is right out of the Mad Men era, very well maintained and most of the fixtures are original vintage. The crew has always been prompt to respond to any issues. I lived here years ago, and when I moved back to Denver they found me a place right away. The neighborhood is great, and now that Trader Joe's is going in on the corner, we have more

66 Pearl Street Apartments

66 Pearl Street, Denver, CO 80203

06/28/12 by anonymous: There are at least two people on every floor blaring music with their doors wide open, partially because there's inadequate AC provided by the wall units in the apartment that have them (there are none in the basement), partially because of the college dorm like environment of the place (except this place is stinkier). Its as cheap as you can expect for the neighborhood, but with more

Beldame Apartments

1904 Logan St, Denver, CO 80203

08/05/08 by anonymous: After living here twice. Yes the apartments are in good repair however the review of the manager, Pat Lease is highly incorrect. She is a snoop and will enter your unit without permission. She is also highly opinionated and if she doesn't like you she will try to make your life miserable. She also has an alcohol problem and is known to fall and stagger around the building. She is also more

City Lofts (formerly known as Chamber Lofts)

1742 Champa Street, Denver, CO 80202

08/27/14 by ILovedenver: Attractive, safe, clean and friendly!! I have lived here for years and love love love my home! Spacious open floor plan, loads of closet space, 12 foot windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors, dishwasher, garbage disposal,a/c and a washer/dryer IN MY APT (unheard of downtown). Tracey and Mackensie are friendly, helpful and great at getting things done. Even helping me carry large packages up to my more

Lincoln Street Apartments

6 Lincoln St, Denver, CO 80203

06/13/12 by anonymous: These apartments are overpriced. my kitchen had one drawer after they remodeled it, so i had to go buy extra cabinets to store stuff. they just threw a bunch of cheap cabinets and floor in and called it a re-model. the apartments are dreadfully hot in the summer. The cooling units cant keep up bc they are ancient and the thermostats dont really work. good luck sleeping if you live here. oh more

Riviera Apartments

1000 W 103rd Pl, Denver, CO 80221

09/29/08 by anonymous: DO NOT believe anything the manager says. Nothing will be fixed right or in a decent time frame. The rents are overpriced for the condition of the units (even the renovated ones). It would be a great place to live if the liars were gone and the maintenance taken care of right not half-assed. more
