I lived in a smaller one bedroom for one year, with a view of the courtyard, and was paying less. The storage space is great in the current unit. The new and improved Beauvallon is the place to live - The Beauvallon has completed it's renovations almost three months ago and the looks and views are breath taking. You have to see it yourself.
