01/23/13 by YoungFella77: Lived in Shambhala for three years. In that time it's become too expensive for the size so I moved out. Never had a problem with maintenance or my neighbors for that matter. The main office however is completely unhelpful. Expect to walk in and stand there awkwardly until some feels like helping you. You will be hung up on while being transferred and other silly mistakes. From my experience of more

10/03/07 by anonymous: This apartment from looking at it looked great they were nice and a great location. But the nightmare started the day we moved in, We were told to be here at 3:30 sharp and be ready to move in we were told there was no way to get an earlier move in day and that we had to be there at that time, so that is what we did and we waited and waited FOR 3 HOURS before the manager showed up to give more

01/03/14 by anonymous: My boyfriend lives in the Blake street apartments, he is currently buying out his lease because this place is so awful they have ZERO regard for anyone but themselves. The property manager Patricia is by far one of the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. She has made accusations towards him of "trying to get away with something" called him weird because he asked how to more

12/03/03 by anonymous: I don´t live or work here, but I do work for AIMCO. AIMCO does´nt treat it´s employees fairly. We are forced to work overtime without compensation, we are forced to work on major Holidays while the big wigs stay home, vacation, or whatever they do with our money. We don´t get raises but the big wigs do, Hi Terry! It´s AIMCO´s policy to use up and burn out it´s more

02/13/07 by reef0987: I moved here a year ago, the price was really good for what they have to offer. There is a recreation room, but nobody can use it beacuse the manager use it as a storage for their stuff. The 2 bathroom unit in reality are 1.5 beacuse there is one that you can't use the shower. Now it is own by Kensington apts. will see if they can do a better job with it, since they are bumping more

12/20/13 by anonymous: I have lived here for a year. When I moved in, I was told that the call box at the front gate would be programmed with my phone number. A few weeks later, I inquired about it and was told that it was broken but they were looking into fixing it. Several months later, still not fixed, I put up a sign saying it was broken. That was removed, and I ended up having UPS/FedEx more

02/08/14 by anonymous: We lived in the Da vinci 3-2011 thru 10-2013 and it went downhill FAST. These apts. are very DATED. When we rented it was 875 per month. Was reasonable, but everything there was 1970s. The rent was increased twice in 18 months to $1025 which is a joke. I talked to Angela and told her these were not worth the money, but she is just doing her job. The plumbing was always having more
