Unfortunately, this would-be decent property has become a far less desirable locale due to the dysfunctional and incompetent management of the property. Avoidance seems to be the strategy driving the managing team. Communication between managers, staff, etc. is severely lacking, if at all existent. Consequently, this leads to many errors and mistakes, extremely long turn time for resident requests and frustrations that are simply not worth the return. For a residence that touts luxury living and service, 4550 Cherry Creek needs an education on quality and professional customer service.

Needless to say, I do not recommend this property. Denver offers plenty of other viable options that don t come with the headache of this management team.

As a long term renter at 4550 Cherry Creek I totally agree. 4550 used to be a good & fun place to live, but with current management it seems to be in a rapid downword tailspin. Your review of 4550 is right on as the property has become very noisy and is becoming unsafe - managements response is one of avoidance. Disfunctional and incompetent are very accurate descriptions of management, I would add irresponsible and dealing in bad faith to the mix. As with the original author I would not recommend this property under the current circumstances as the management has become very poor.
