I was the first person to live in my apartment (I moved in before the building was completed) and experienced many problems from day one. It appears that the construction team did not take reasonable care in the construction of the building. The fire system was constantly leaking, not all light switches/cable outlets worked right, counter top tile & the floors had to be repaird multiple times, and the consultants and management were constantly changing. The so-called "secured" access to the building was a joke. People were able to walk right into the elevators without a pass as the coincerige would just let people up.
