I lived at this community for just over a year and things were always clean and quiet. I had a little bit of problems at move in with my apartment not being ready but the staff got things taken care of quickly. The location is great close to the Cherry Creek mall and bike path. Had great views from the 15th floor! I wish I never moved out. I currently live downtown in the LoDo area which was fun at first but I'm kind of getting tired of the loud party crowd and homeless that are in the area. I'm a young working professional and at the end of the day I just want to come home to peace and quiet. I'll be looking at moving back in as soon as my current lease is up this summer. I would highly recommend this place to friends and co-workers!
