I am not sure but it looks like the people that wrote the past reviews moved out and then wrote about the place months later. The construction has been over with for a long time and they actually sold to another management company. So therefore I could not say anything about the past. So far I have been here for 3 months and love it. The maintenance staff is so nice and quick when getting to my needs. Leasing and concierge are great. I haven't had any problems so I do not know about the manager but I guess that is a good thing. i love my apartment. There are wood floors and accent walls. They also throw different kinds of gatherings all the time and they are fun.
