This is a nice building with a nice landlord; however the building owners do not seem concerned with getting the air fixed. The building needs a new working airconditioning unit and I am concerned since elderly people live on the top floor.
This is a problem because the windows don't open very far and it is very, very hot.
We have been told we are on a waiting list, but nothing is being done. I've tried to contact the attorney general re: the situation. It's terrible! I don't recommend living here if you like air-conditioning in the summer. This is the second summer in a row they've dragged their feet, but they certainly won't reimburse or cut what we owe in any way!

I looked at this apartment and after reading this review asked about the air conditioning to some of the current residents and they agreed that most people leave after a summer there. I passed on this place.
